Our beloved Ronald Mercado, age 53, resident of Pflugerville was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, January 16, 2001. Survivors include: Wife of 34 years Diane Mercado, Daughters; Stephanie Mercado of Round Rock, and Michelle Mercado of Pflugerville, Brothers; Daniel J. Mercado and Donald Mercado of Manor, TX. , Grandmother; Lucia Gamez Mercado, Aunts; Maria Bargas, and Rosie Arriaga, Uncles; Cray Mercado, all of Austin, and Uncle Robert Mercado of Visilia, California. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren.
Recitation of rosary Friday, 7:30 p.m. at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday at 1:00 pm at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Father William Elliott O.M.I. will officiate. Interment will follow in Santa Maria Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas.
Serving as pallbearers are members and friends of the family.
