Our beloved Julian Jesse Alvarado, age 66, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, January 27, 2015. MSGT Alvarado proudly served in the United States Air Force for 24 years.
Mr. Alvarado is survived by his loving children, Viviana, Julian Jr., and Susanna Alvarado. He also leaves to mourn his passing his mother, Martina Alvarado, and siblings, Margaret (Joe, deceased) Reyna, Art (Irene) Alvarado, , Mary Jane (Roy) Guerrero, and John “Junior” Gonzalez; God-daughter, Jami Nieto, 8 grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Julian Alvarado, and sister, Martha Hinijosa.
Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, February 1, 2015 with recitation of Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m., at the Mission Funeral Home Heritage Chapel, 1615 East Cesar Chavez Street (East).
Christian Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday at Mission Funeral Home Heritage Chapel. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
