Our beloved Richard Anthony Garcia, age 26, resident of Austin, Texas, was called by our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, September 23, 2015. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Antonio & Velia Garcia and Valeriano and Consuelo Arriaga. He leaves to mourn his passing: loving parents, Richard Garcia and Rachel Seca; brothers and sisters, Idalena (Antonio Ochoa) Garcia and Candice (Louis Hinojosa) Garcia, Adrian Arriaga, and Rebekah Riojas; his girlfriend, Stephany Hidrogo, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Pallbearers will be Eddye Torres, Manuel Torres, Louis Hinojosa, George Zaragoza, Jason Garcia, Jesse Garcia, Jr., Louis Cuellar, and Adrian Garcia. Honorary pallbearers Adrian Arriaga, Joshua Savala, Trey Romero, and Rudy Robledo. The family would like to offer a special thank you to Cindy Gonzalez for officiating Recitation of Holy Rosary. Visitation will begin at 3:00 pm, Sunday, September 27 with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 pm at Mission Funeral Home, 1615 East Cesar Chavez St. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1206 E. 9th St. Burial will follow at Austin Memorial Park Cemetery.
