Bruna R. Park, 94, longtime resident of Austin, passed away peacefully with her family at her side, on August 22, 2015. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, August 27, from 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel (SOUTH), 6204 South First Street. Recitation of Holy Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel (SOUTH) A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 28, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at Dolores Catholic Church, 1111 Montopolis Dr, Austin, TX 78741. Burial will follow at Assumption Cemetery, in Austin, Texas. Bruna R. Park, 94, of Austin, passed away peacefully with her family at her side, on August 22, 2015. She was born on October 6, 1920 to Justo Ramos and Felipa (Lopez) Ramos. She was a longtime Austin resident, meeting her husband James William Park in the 1960's, they married in Austin in 1964. Together they had two daughters; Angelita Park, and Bruna Quinonez. They raised their children in the Austin area. Mr.Park passed away in 1974. Bruna was a longtime parishioner with Dolores Catholic Church for over 50 years. She enjoyed being surrounded by her family, and having family gatherings. She is preceded in death by her husband; James William Park, one daughter; Angelita Park. She is survived by her daughter; Bruna Quinonez of Austin, 3 granddaughters; Jacinta Amaro, Yolanda Amaro, Monica Gonzalez, one grandson; Alexander James Quinonez, four great grandchildren; Nyla Martinez, Ava Lopez, Mia Lopez, Rian Gonzalez, one niece; Hilaria Trevino.
