Our beloved Edward Ramirez Vasquez, age 62, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, July 8, 2015.
Mr. Vasquez was preceded in death by his parents Felipe and Frances Vasquez; brother Thomas Vasquez; grandchildren Edward Angelito Ruvalcaba and Edward Angel Vasquez.
He is survived by his loving wife Olga; children Olga S. Vasquez (Tamika), Olivia Marie Vasquez (Ryan), Edward Albert Vasquez (Nelda); grandchildren Brandon Ruvalcaba (Destiny), Olivia S. Flores, Jacob Andrew Ruvalcaba, Diego Romeo Vasquez, Isabella Monet Vasquez, Bianca E. Vasquez, Darius Hedspeth, Jahvon Vasquez, Lorelei Abbigale Vasquez; great-grandchild Xzadrien Ruvalcaba; siblings Phillip R. Vasquez, Lucille Pineda, Albert R. Vasquez, Cecilia Ramirez, Ophelia Vasquez, John R. Vasquez, Carol Deluna and Joseph Vasquez.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Ruvalcaba, Paul Vasquez, Albert Vasquez Jr, Daniel Montoya, Joseph Trevino, Nicholas Villarreal, Domingo Villarreal III and Jaime Guerra.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Edward Vasquez Jr., Jacob Ruvalcaba, Diego Vasquez, Darius Hedspeth, Jahvon Vasquez, Jaylun Davila, Tyler Davila and Daniel Vasquez.
Recitation of Holy Rosary 6:00 p.m., Sunday Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street (South).
Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m., Monday at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
