Our beloved Jesse G. Lara, age 47, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday October 12, 1999.Survivors include: Parents; Teodoro and Anita Lara, Brothers; Antonio Lara, Joe Lara and Wife Judy, Hector Lara, George Lara, Martin Lara and Roy Lara all of Austin. Sisters; Mary Rivas and Husband Gilbert, Janie Robles and Husband Genaro, Antonia Hinojosa and Husband Ben, Sylvia Ruedas and Husband Guadalupe, and Irma Salazar all of Austin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by Great-Grandmother Jesusita Lara, Aunt Antonia Lara, Brother Guadalupe Lara, Grandparents Sabina and Guadalupe Gutierrez. Recitation of rosary Thursday Oct. 14, 1999 at 7:30pm at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday Oct. 15, 1999 at 10:00am at Dolores Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. John Korscmar will officiate. Interment will follow in Latino Cemetery in Elgin Texas.. Serving as pallbearers are Jesse Areola, Barry Walker, Antonio Lara, Roy Lara, Martin Lara and George Lara.. Honorary pallbearers are Ernest Ruiz, Guadalupe Ruedas and Ben Hinojosa.
