Our beloved John ?Chief? Santos, Sr., age 36, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Friday December 8, 2000. John was owner of the Party Palace in Kyle Texas. Survivors include: Beloved Wife; Connie M. Santos of Austin, Beloved Children; Christine Almaguer, Sandra Santos and Johnny Phillip Santos, Jr. all of Austin, Parents; Lupe Santos and Maria Rocha of Austin, Paternal Grandmother; Nora Santos of Austin, Brothers; Mike Santos, Steven Santos, Tony Santos and Brian Santos all of Austin, Sister; Sandra Herrera and husband Valentin of Houston, TX.. He is also survived by a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Recitation of rosary 7:30pm Sunday at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10:00am Monday at St. Julia Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. Richard Tijerina will officiate. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Mike Santos, Steven Santos Tony Santos, Pete Moreno, Jr., Rudy Moreno Sr., and Jimmy Moreno.
Honorary pallbearers are Brian Santos, ?Little Mike? Santos, Johnny Phillip Santos, Jr., Noel Santos and Danny Bedel.
