Mary Luisa Perez 1923-2012 Our beloved Mary Luisa Perez, age 88, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Thursday, March 15, 2012.
She was preceded in death by husband Ricardo Perez; son Arturo Zuniga; sisters Nellie Cano and Lola Torres.
Mrs. Perez is survived by daughters Christine Garza (Andrew), Emily Roberts (Sam), Cookie Lucio, Vera Puente (Andres), Linda Vasquez (Manuel), Alice Calderon (Richard), Virgie Serrato; sons Richard Perez (Kellie), Pete Perez (Sylvia) and John Perez; grandchildren; great-grandchildren and sister Lillie Bonilla.
Serving as pallbearers will be Edward Gonzales, Paul Anthony Calderon, Matthew Perez, Jacob Perez, Carlos Lucio, Nat Limon Jr. and Christopher Guerra.
Recitation of Holy Rosary 6:00 p.m., Sunday at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street. (South). Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 a.m., Monday St. Julia Catholic Church 900 Tillery Street. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
