Manuel Flores 1944-2012 Our beloved Manuel Flores, age 67, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, March 13, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents Froilan and Esperanza Flores. Mr. Flores is survived by his loving wife of 39 years Delia Flores; son Christopher Flores; daughters Christela Flores, Elvera Flores; brothers Ruben Flores, Richard Flores, Guadalupe Flores, Sam Flores, Frank Flores; sisters Alice Beltran, Janie Flores, Della Prieto, Dora Garza, Christina Gutierrez, Linda Armonta, Rosalinda Velasquez, Terry Escobar and Roberta Herrera; eight grandchildren Alyssa, Andrea, Anissa, Christropher, Isaiah, Carlos, Isabel and Curtis; 3 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Recitation of Holy Rosary 7:00 p.m., Thursday at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street. (South). Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m., Friday at St. Julia Catholic Church 900 Tillery Street. Interment will follow at Flores Cemetery in Lytton Springs. Pallbearers will be Ruben Flores, Richard Flores, Guadalupe Flores, Sam Flores, Frank Flores, Carlos Ibarra and Martin Flores. Honorary pallbearer will be Christopher Flores.
