Juan A. Salazar 1927-2012 Juan A. Salazar, age 84, passed away on March 8, 2012. He was preceded in death by his wife Lena Salazar, daughters, Olivia Estrada, Rachel Gabriel and Rosie Reyna. He is survived by his son Juan R. Salazar and wife Isabel, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Juan loved to fish and enjoyed his weekly poker game with family. He was a lifelong member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and received great comfort in attending weekly Mass. He was always willing to help in whatever way possible and was a blessing to our family. We love you Grandpa Juan and will miss you always.
Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm and Rosary recited on Sunday March 11, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home Remembrance Chapel. 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St.(EAST) Funeral Mass will be at Our Lady of Guadalupe on March 12, 2012 at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are grandsons: Joey and Jonathan Aleman, Juan Robert Reyna, Paul Phillip Reyna, Rene Reyes and Juan Gabriel Jr.
