Our beloved Robert G. Selvera, age 86, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, January 29, 2012.Mr. Selvera is survived by his loving wife Amelia Campos Selvera; daughters Mary Gonzalez, Rachel Degollado and Alice Moody; son Robert Selvera Jr. 8 Grandchildren and 16 Great grandchildren. Brother Lucas Selvera. Numerous Nieces, Nephews and family members.
Recitation of Holy Rosary 7:00 p.m., Wednesday at Mission Funeral Home-Remembrance Chapel 1615 East Cesar Chavez Street. (EAST). Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m., Thursday at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
God our Father, Your power brings us to birth, Your providence guides our lives, and by Your command we return to dust.
In company with Christ, Who died and now lives, may they rejoice in Your kingdom, where all our tears are wiped away. Unite us together again in one family, to sing Your praise forever and ever.
