Jesse ?Pio? Martinez Jesse Martinez passed away peacefully in the comfort that he was loved by his family and friends on July 18th. Born in Austin, TX on April 26, 1932, he is survived by his wife, Hope, of 57 years, his children Gregory, Joe, Michael and wife Katy, Albert, Alfred, Peter and wife Dawn, Irene Holmes and husband Leland, Tina Martinez-Saucedo and husband Mark, Lyanca Reyna and husband Roy. Jesse also had sixteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers and three sisters. A service will be held at 10:30 on Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Mission Funeral Home on South First. Immediately following the service, a reception will be held, all are invited to a celebration of Jesse?s life.
