Sequel G. Escobar 1954- 2011 Our beloved Sequel G. Escobar, age 56, as called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, February 13, 2011.
He was preceded in death by mother Adela Garcia Escobar.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 19 years Teresa F. Escobar; daughter Laura Escobar and Josh River; Lisa Marie Escobar; grandchild Jayde Jesse Rivera; father Don Escobar; brothers Danny Escobar, Joe Escobar, Lee Escobar; sisters Sylvia Rosales, Rebecca Pena and Melissa Escobar.
Recitation of Holy Rosary 7:00 p.m., Tuesday at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street. (South). Mass of Christian burial 10:00 a.m., Wednesday at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel. Interment will follow at Flores Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Lee Escobar, Richy Escobar, Jacob Flores, Jesse Armonta, Adam Flores, Juan Flores, Elias Flores and Josh Rivera.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jacob Escobar, Ben Flores and Andres Gutierrez.
Sequel was a very special person bringing joy and laughter to all the lives he touched. He will be loved and missed by all.
