Ethan Reyes Munguia, age 18, of Del Valle passed away December 18, 2010. Ethan was born September 27, 1992 in Lubbock, TX to Diane and Eliodoro ?Chico? Munguia, Jr.. Ethan was a devoted and loving son and brother.He was always concerned for the well being of others and his family was the most important thing to him. He was quick with a joke and brought a smile to all who knew him. His smile would light up a room and his laugh brought joy to your heart. Ethan was a senior at Del Valle High School, a member of the Del Valle ROTC/ROTC Drill Team and a member of the Kitty Hawk Air Society. He was also a member of the National Honor Society and an A Honor Roll student. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday, December 23, with a 7 p.m. Rosary, at Mission Funeral Chapel. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, December 24th at Santa Barbara Catholic Church in Austin. Burial to follow in Assumption Cemetery. Ethan was preceded in death by his grandmother, Janie Munguia. Ethan is survived by his parents Eliodoro Jr. ?Chico? and Diane Munguia, Brother Cody and Sister Davina; Grandfather Eliodoro Munguia SR. of Levelland, TX and Grandparents John & Trine Warwick of Smyer, TX, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
