Louie Garcia March 26, 1957- October 16, 2010 Our beloved Louie Garcia, age 53, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Saturday, October 16, 2010. He was preceded in death by his father Luis Garcia; maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Candelario Saucedo; paternal grandparents Mr. And Mrs. Alfonso Garcia ; brother Daniel Rodriguez. Mr. Garcia is survived by mother Birdie Garcia; children Louie ?Rene? Garcia (Angelica),Amy Davenport, Joseph Garcia, Lauren Garcia, Sierra Garcia, Kristin Ponder and Michael Ray Schelnick (Anne Marie); 6 grandchildren; brothers Rick Rodriguez (Mary Ann), Roy Rodriguez, Michael Garcia (Beth); sisters Linda Gomez (Roy), Patricia Garcia and Sandra Amaro (Eddie); numerous nieces and nephews. The Garcia Family would like thank the numerous family and friends for their prayers. They also wish to extend a special thank you to the staff of Hospice Austin. Recitation of Holy Rosary 7:00 p.m., Tuesday at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street. (South). Mass of Christian burial 10:00 a.m., Wednesday at San Jose Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Live Oak Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Charlie Davila, Mark Garcia, Jeff Garcia, Roy Gomez, Renaldo Gomez and Zachary Saucedo.
