Jami Christiana Woodhouse-Sanchez Our beloved Angel, Jami, passed away peacefully, Friday, June 18, 2010 at the age of 17. She was born on November 24, 1992 Jami attended Akins High School, Class of 2012, and was a part of the Clifton Hospitality Program and the Best Buddies Program. Jami was passionate about her family, friends, music and dancing. Jami is survived by her parents Maria and Jose Sanchez and her papa James Woodhouse; sisters Lydia Sanchez and Alessandra Sanchez; brother Jose Valentin Sanchez. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street . Recitation of Holy Rosary will follow at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday. Jami will Lie in State beginning at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday with Mass of Christian Burial to follow 10:00 a.m. at Santa Cruz Catholic Church 1100 Main Street in Buda. Interment will follow at Austin Memorial Park Cemetery 2800 Hancock Drive. Serving as pallbearers will be Richard Acord, Josiah Woodhouse, Allen Acord- Ramirez, Raul Vela, Juan Gonzalez, Felix Sanchez. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Flores and Ernest Sanchez. Our Jami - A young beautiful soul, with a heart full of caring and kindness.
