Our beloved Alfredo Romero Vargas, 73, of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Friday, March 19, 2010. Preceded in death by his Parents; Juan and Anita Romero Vargas, 3 Sisters; Refugia Vargas, Eufemia Vargas, Maria Perez, 2 Brothers; Benito and Miguel Vargas.Survived by Beloved Wife; Valeriana Castro Vargas, 2 Daughters; Ana Silvia Vargas, Sandra Vargas Guerrero and Husband Benito, Sr., 4 Sons; Alfredo Castro Vargas, Jr., Alonzo Castro Vargas and Wife Rose, Aldo Ray Vargas and Wife Maria Elena, Alex Castro Vargas and Wife Fannie Marie, 2 Brothers; Juan Romero Vargas, Jr., Felix Romero Vargas, 1 Sister; Florinda Romero Vargas, 13 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren.
Recitation of Holy Rosary will be on Monday at 7:00pm at Mission Funeral Home-Remembrance Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 2:00pm at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Jamie Mathias officiating. Internment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be; Jose Alfredo Guerrero, Sr., Tito Guerrero, Wesley Chad Mu?iz, Martin Vargas, Jose Guadalupe Castro and Richard Castro.
