Paul was born in Cedar Creek, TX.. He was a WW II veteran, and lived most of his adult life in Austin, TX. Preceded in death by his Wife, Lucy Ortiz, 2nd Wife, Celia, Sons; Paul Jr. and Joe and daughter Connie.Survived by his Daughter; Gloria Gil Garcia, 9 Grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 20 great-great grandchildren, 2 brothers, Otis and Pete, Sister, Julia Villarreal and a large extended family and many friends.
Pallbearers: Garen, Galen and Ganen Garcia, Zachary Gil, Thomas Gil, Jason Paul McAtee, Mark Gil, Jr., Matthew Gil, and Micah Gil.
Please join the family in celebrating Paul's life beginning with a Rosary at Mission Funeral Home at 7:00 p.m.. Celebratory Mass will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Internment at Assumption Cemetery.
