Julia Vasquez July 4, 1930 ? February 15, 2010 Our beloved Julia Vasquez, age 79, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday, February 15, 2010. She was preceded in death by husband Guadalupe Vasquez; son Ernest Vasquez; parents Cosme and Santos Yruegas; sisters Janie and Rachael Yruegas. She is survived by children Pasqual Perez Jr. of Austin, Gilbert Perez and wife Angela of Arlington, TX., Virginia and husband Joe Calabrese of Babylon , NY., Victoria and husband Jess Ivy of Marianna, Ark., Dora and Frank Lara., Julie and Chris Bumgarner of Georgia, Lupe and Bertha Vasquez ,Adam Vasquez and Linda Ochoa, Lydia Vasquez, Tina and Dan Castilleja all of Austin, TX.; sisters Vera Yruegas, Lydia Collins both of Buda,TX., Mary Duprey of Bastrop, TX.; 23 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Serving as pallbearers will be Pasqual Perez III, Draven Pasqual Perez IV, Jesse Perez, Jason Zamora, Isaac Zamora, Kevin Castilleja, Jacob Vasquez and Clay Nelson. The family wishes to extend special thanks to the entire staff at the Govalle Care Center and to Angel Heart Hospice for all their hard work, dedication and compassion shown to our loved one.
