Our beloved Antonia Ruiz, age 89, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Thursday August 10, 2000. She was preceeded in death by her beloved Husband Vicente Ruiz Sr. in March 1991.Survivors include: Sons; Vicente Ruiz, Jr. and wife Magdalena, Joe Ruiz and wife Maria, both of Austin, Jesse Ruiz and wife Leticia of Corpus Christi TX, and Joe Robert Ruiz and wife Susan of Austin, Daughter Angelica Ruiz-Guijarro of Austin. She is also survived by 20 Grandchildren and 82 Great-Grandchildren.
Recitation of rosary Sunday 7:30pm at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday 10:00am at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Franciscan Friars Conv. Order will officiate. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Jesse Ruiz, Jr., Sam Ruiz, Mark Ruiz, Ben Ruiz, Fred Garcia, and Tony Aviles.
