Rebecca S. Martinez Our beloved Rebecca S. Martinez, age 88, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, January 27, 2010.
She is survived by her brother Jose F. Sandoval; daughters Meryesther Martinez and Ernestina Martinez; son George Martinez and wife Cathy; grandchildren Vanessa Vazquez, Miguel and Mateo Martinez.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m., Friday at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street. (South) Recitation of Holy Rosary 7:00 p.m., Friday at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m., Saturday at St. Julia Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
