Lorain Birch Our beloved Lorain Birch, age 75, resident of Austin, passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2009 after a long battle with cancer.
Lorain was preceded in death by sons Randy Mayes, Wayne Mayes and son-in-law Mike Cunningham.
She is survived by her companion of 25 years James Mixon; daughters Sandra K. Cunningham, Rachel and husband David Bunn; granddaughter Tiffany and husband Jesse Odom; great-granddaughter Summer Gallagher; sister Lois Garnett; brother Alfred and wife Rose Birmingham and numerous nieces and nephews.
Formal Visitation 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday, December 21, 2009 at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street. Funeral Service 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel. Pastor Robert Turner of A House of Prayer will be officiating service Interment will follow at Cook-Walden Memorial Hill Cemetery in Pflugerville.
