Henry A. LaFuente Jr. January 16, 1929 ? November 9, 2009Our beloved Henry A. LaFuente Jr., age 80 resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday, November 9, 2009.
He is survived by his loving wife Rose Marie LaFuente; children Sylvia LaFuente, Herbie LaFuente and Yvonne LaFuente; daughters-in-law Anna M. LaFuente, Diane LaFuente; grandchildren Stephen LaFuente, Jason Banda, Henry Clint LaFuente, Carlos Carreon, Estela M. Carreon, Ascension Villegas and Melissa Pacheco; great-grandchildren Autum LaFuente, Sean Henry Carreon, Larry Pacheco III, Christian Pacheco, Jace Villegas and Isiaih Villegas; sisters Angelina Jaime, Rachel Hernandez and husband Rudy, Irene Barrera and husband Alex, Julie; brothers Lupe LaFuente and wife Gloria, Raymond LaFuente and wife Sally, Henry LaFuente wife Chris, David LaFuente and wife Belinda; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by son Henry A. LaFuente III and Herbert LaFuente.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Fernando LaFuente Jr., Rudy Hernandez Jr., Alex Barrera Jr. Eddie Riojas, Jesus Riojas and John Montez.
Honorary Pallbearer will be Lupe Loco.
Recitation of Holy Rosary 7:00 p.m., Wednesday at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street. (South). Mass of Christian burial 10:00 a.m., Thursday at San Jose Catholic Church 2435 Oak Crest. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
