In silence and peace, mom was called to her eternal resting place. Our beloved Margaret G. Camacho, 71, was embraced by our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, August 19, 2009. Margaret was a lifelong member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.She was a devoted, passionate, and evangelizing Christian woman. Faithful servant of God, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and loving friend to all. She was preceded in death by her father, Alejandro Garcia and grandson, David Anthony Camacho. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Daniel R. Camacho, seven children; Dolores(Herbert), Dan Jr. (Adel), Diane (Lee), David (Christina), Alex (Vanessa), Joe (Rebecca), Debbie (Rick), and adopted in her heart son, Deacon Victor Beltran. Seventeen grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. As a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Margaret served for many years as an active member of the Guadalupanas, Sacred Heart, and Vela Perpetua Sodalities and as a Cursillista. During her ministry she reached out and touched the hearts of many people within the Diocese of Central Texas. Margaret treasured her relationships with people and always found time to help anyone in need, both spiritually and emotionally. She influenced and transformed many hearts; not only those of her family, but all whom she encountered during her lifetime. Whether someone spoke to her once or had a daily conversation with her they will always remember the lasting finger prints that she has left in our hearts. Mom was beloved by many. She will always be deeply cherished and her memory will live within our hearts forever. Viewing is from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez Street. The Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Mass in her Honor will be celebrated at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church this Saturday, August 22, 2009 at 12:00 p.m., 901 Lydia Street, Austin, Tx. Officiating; Rev. Fr. Jayme Mathias and Deacon Mario Renteria. Pallbearers are Elias Ramirez, Ernest Ramirez, Christopher Trujillo, Joseph Trujillo, Michael Rivera and Lonnie Reyes, Jr. Honorary Pallbearers are Alex Garcia and Andrew Garcia.
