Raymond Navarro January 8, 1941 ? July 26, 2009 Our beloved Raymond Navarro, age 68, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, July 26, 2009.
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Dolores Navarro; son George Navarro (Bernice); daughter Christina Navarro; father-in-law Gabriel Rodela; brothers Manuel Navarro(Alice), Eddie Navarro; sister Mary Ellen Garcia (Gabriel); grandson George Gabriel Navarro; granddaughter Rebecca Celeste Navarro; nieces; nephews; friends and his pet buddy CutBait.
Mr. Navarro was retired from Texas Instruments. He was an avid fisherman and also gave of his time working with the Catholic Diocese of Austin Missionary Group.
Recitation of Holy Rosary 7:00 p.m., Tuesday at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street. (South). Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m., Wednesday at San Jose Catholic Church 2435 Oak Crest. Internment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be George Gabriel Navarro, Gabriel Garcia, Gary Alvarez, Daniel Navarro, Ron Gonzales and Donald Poland.
