Timothy J. Berger passed away peacefully on July 4th, 2009, after a brief struggle with cancer.Tim is survived by his wife Dianne Berger and daughter Colleen Berger, as well as his siblings Ray, Bill Scott, Jan and Fred. Born in Dallas, Texas on 3/25/1951, Tim traveled the world as a child and first came to live in Austin in 1970; he returned to Austin permanently in 1991. Tim was a well known and respected jewelry designer who was loved by clients, family and friends for his sweet and simple soul.
A memorial service celebrating Tim's life will be held at Ray's residence on July 25, 2009 from 3:00-8:00 pm. In thanks for their kind assistance in his leaving, donations in lieu of flowers may be made to: Hospice Austin, 4107 Spicewood Springs Road, Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78759.
