Eloisa Ortiz Gutierrez February 6, 1935 ? June 6, 2009 Our beloved Eloisa Gutierrez, age 74, resident of Temple, TX, went to her heavenly home Saturday June 6, 2009.
Eloisa was born February 6, 1935 in San Marcos to Juan V. Ortiz and Placida M. Ortiz.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Rupert Gutierrez ; son Alex Gutierrez and grandson Dominic Gutierrez.
She is survived by daughters Gloria Briones, Rosemary Hernandez (Gilbert), Jennifer Gauna (Tim), Michelle Mendez (Marcos); sisters Lupe Ochoa, Amelia Valdez and Mary Santos; brothers Frank Ortiz, Jesse Ortiz, Joe Ortiz and Edward Ortiz; 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Prayer Service 7:00 p.m., Monday at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street. (South). Funeral Service 12:00 noon, Tuesday at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel. Internment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
