Eufemio H. Castillo March 20, 1953 ? February 18, 2009 Our beloved Eufemio H. Castillo , age 55, resident of Kyle was called by our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, February 18, 2009.
He is survived by his loving wife Minerva Castillo; children Richard Roland, Sarah Roland, Connie Castillo, Eufemio Castillo Jr., Michelle Castillo, Julia Castillo and Maria Castillo; 17 grandchildren; brothers Raymond, Ismeal, Tony, Henry; sisters Ester Cortines, Mary Ann Galarza, Frances Wise, Vicenta Hernandez and step-mother Gonzala F. Castillo.
He was preceded in death by mother Benina Castillo and father Biviano Castillo; brother Biviano Castillo Jr.; grandson Jose Christopher Avila Castillo.
Pallbearers will be sons Richard Roland,Eufemio Castillo Jr.; brothers Henry Castillo, Ismeal Castillo, Tony Castillo and Raymond Castillo. Honorary pallbearers will be his grandsons Richard Ellerthorpe, Joe Anthony Gonzales Jr., Albert A. Castillo, Johnathan Castillo and Andrew Ray Castillo.
Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. , Friday at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel. Recitation of Holy Rosary 7:00 p.m., Friday at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street. (South). Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m., Saturday at St. Julia Catholic Church 900 Tillery Street. Internment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
