Frank G. Ramirez Sunrise: January 23, 1937 Sunset: January 10, 2009 Frank ?Pancho? Ramirez passed away peacefully at home with his family at his side. Pancho was born in Lockhart, Texas. He was the seventh of twelve children born to Lolo and Antonia Ramirez. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Sadie Aleman; brothers Lupe, Jose , Lole Ramirez; sisters Leonora Gonzalez, Lola Romero, Maria Romero; sister-in-law Mary Calderon Ramirez. Survivors include sisters Margaret Sandoval, Carmen Quiroz (David), Susie Regalado (Efren), Mona Vasquez (Alex), Elena Lerma (Julian); sisters-in-law Oralia and Beatrice Ramirez; sons Richard (Cheryl), Arthur, Joseph (Debra), Roy, Adan; daughters Mary Helen Padilla (Frank), Rebecca Nombrana (Anthony), Diana Elizalde (Eli); twenty grandchildren; twenty two great-grandchildren; Inez Tello Ramirez the mother of his children; many nieces and nephews, his many friends that he spent time with by the Colorado River and very special friend Mary Helen Soriano. Special Ceremony begins at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street (South). Recitation of Holy Rosary 7:00 p.m., Tuesday at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street. (South). Funeral Service 10:00 a.m., Wednesday at San Jose Catholic Church 2435 Oak Crest. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery. Honoring Pancho as pallbearers will be son Arthur Ramirez; nephews Rudy Valles, Robert Ramirez, Carlos Romero, Jimmy Lerma and Jesse Cortez. Honorary Pallbearers will be Michael Sanchez Sr., Richard Lerma, Pete Cortez, Gabriel Sanchez, Jimmy Ray Ramirez, Jesse Joe Ramirez and J.C. Riojas.
