Our beloved Juan Zaragosa Vela, age 61, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, May 21, 2000.
Survivors include: Mother Mary Trelles; children Vera Vela, Linda Vela, Johnny Vela, Timmy Vela, and Elain Vela; sister Marina Vela, all of Austin, TX.
Recitation of rosary Tuesday, 7:30pm at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday, 10am at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Franciscan Friars will officiate. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are members and friends of the family.
