Silbestra Mercado Ramos December 31, 1911 ? November 2, 2008 ?Together Again? Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, Silbestra Mercado Ramos, age 96 resident of Pflugerville, was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, November 2, 2008.
Survivors include daughters Herlinda Tanguma, Frances (Pache) Mancha and husband Frank; 11 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren and 13 great ?great grandchildren.
She had a very strong faith and commitment to our God. We will miss you, but you will always remain in our hearts and precious memories.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Castulo Ramos; beloved son Pedro Ramos; parents Camilo and Maxima Mercado
Recitation of Holy Rosary 7:00 p.m., Tuesday at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street. (South). Mrs. Ramos will lie in state at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at St. Elizabeth?s Catholic Church 1520 N. Railroad Avenue (Pflugerville, Texas). Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday at St. Elizabeth?s Catholic Church, Rev. Tom Frank to officiate. Interment will follow at Santa Maria Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas.
Serving as pallbearers will be Carlos Ramos, David Ramos, Fabian Ramos, Pete Ramos, Xavier Tanguma and Stephen Woodworth.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Justin Woodworth, Daniel Machado and Nick Ryan Cardenas III.
