Our beloved Manuel S. Rios, Jr., 70, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, June 29, 2008. Preceded in death by his parents, Nicolasa S. and Manuel R. Rios, Sr. and 3 brothers.Survived by his former spouses, Rachel E. Rios and Christina Rios; sisters, Juanita Herrera, Cruz Rios, Sofia Baltazar; brother, Ambrosio Rios; children, Sonya (Vincent), America-Monica (Jessie), Yvonne (Bernard), Beatrice (Samuel); step daughters, Rosanne and Virginia; sons, Ted, Mike and Manuel III. He leaves to cherish his memory 26 Grandchildren and 32 Great Grandchildren. Recitation of Holy Rosary on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home - Remembrance Chapel. Mass of Christian burial on Thursday at 10:00 a.m., at Cristo Rey Catholic Church; Rev. Jesse E. Euresti, officiating. Interment following at Assumption Cemetery. We want extend a special thank you to Anthony "Tyrone" Burke, Grisell Rodriguez, and our Mother Rachel Rios for the care they have given to our Daddy.
