Darrell Everett Stewart Sr. 1963- 2008Darrell Everett Stewart, Sr. was born on October 22, 1963 to Leslie and Barbara Stewart. He was the eighth child of eleven children, seven boys and three girls. Darrell attended Grant A.M.E. Worship Center at a very early age and later attended Metropolitan A.M.E. Church were he participated in many youth activities. He attended the Austin Independent School District and gradated from John H. Reagan High School. Darrell went on to attend Prairie View A&M University and the University of Phoenix. Darrell was preceded in death by Leslie "Mike" Stewart, II, Father; Mary Loggins, Grandmother; Addie Stewart, Sister; Sabrina S./Bryant O. Daughter & Son. He is survived by his wife Yolanda Stewart and four children: Darrell E. Stewart, II, (Whitney); Brittan? Stewart, DeAnca Stewart, and Brine? Stewart. Mother Barbara Stewart, brother Terry Stewart (Arlene), sister Patricia Atkinson (Maurice); brothers Donald Stewart (Gwen); Ronald Stewart (Dianese); Joseph Stewart (Barbara); Tracy Stewart (Elizabeth); sister Debra Allen; all from Austin, Texas; brothers Michael Stewart and Mark Stewart (Tanya) from Houston, Texas; Host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and beloved friends. Wake will be at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 20, 2008 at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South 1st Street. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday June 21, 2008 at Grant A.M.E. Worship Center 1701 Kramer Lane. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
