Our beloved Rebecca Duran, age 67, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Wednesday April 26, 2000. Mrs Duran was preceeded in death by her parents, husband Cleto Q. Duran Sr., and daughter April Duran.Survivors include: Sons; Jesse Duran and wife Mary, Zeke Duran and wife Dolores, Gilbert Duran and wife Adela, Adrian Duran and wife Corina, Cleto Duran Jr. and wife Blanca and Stephen Duran all of Austin, Daughters; Carrie Garcia and husband Joe, Frances Duran both of Austin and Phyllis Lokey husband Hugh of Augusta Georgia. She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren and 28 Great-Grandchildren. She also leaves behind her beloved pet ?Rocky?.
Recitation of rosary Friday 7:00pm at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday 10:00am at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Franciscan Friars will officiate. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Stephen Duran, Gabe Duran, Gilbert Duran, Jr., Jacob Duran, Eddie Prado and Joey Garcia, Jr.
Honorary pallbearer Chris Duran.
