Our beloved Tony C. Garcia, 82, a lifelong resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, April 29, 2008. Preceded in death by his beloved Wife; Sarah Amezquita Garcia, 2 Sons; Albert and David Garza, 4 Sisters and One Brother. Survived by his loving Children; John Reyes, Edward Reyes, Teresa Mendez, Carmen Facundo, Richard Garcia, 3 Brothers; Louie Garcia, David Garcia and Joe Garcia, 30 Grandchildren, 42 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Recitation of Holy Rosary will be recited at 7:00pm at Mission Funeral Home-Remembrance Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00am at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Jesse Euresti officiating. Internment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
Serving as Pallbearers will be; Marcus Calderon, Eddie Mendez, James Rodriguez, Toby Mendez, Edward Reyes, Jr. and Pete Facundo.
