Our beloved Dario Rodriguez, 93, was called by our Heavenly Father on Friday, March 21, 2008. He was born in Brady Texas on December 19, 1914 and resided in Austin since 1924. Dario retired as a farmhand of many years. Was a member of San Jose Catholic Church and the last Pioneer caregiver of Maria Dela Luz Cemetery. Mr. Rodriguez was preceded in death by 2 Daughters; Aurora Rodriguez, Maria Loisa Rodriguez and a Son; Florentino Rodriguez. Survived by his beloved Wife of 64 years; Juanita Rodriguez, his loving Children; Cindy Luna(Sylvester), Manuel Rodriguez(Rachel), Pito Rodriguez, Cirilda R. Reyes(Juan), Mariano ?Mac? Rodriguez, Daniel Rodriguez(Roxanne), one Sister; Eloisa Banda, 16 Grandchildren, 9 Great-Grandchildren and 14 Great-Great-Grandchildren. Recitation of Holy Rosary on Tuesday at 7:00pm at Mission Funeral Home-Remembrance Chapel. Mass of Christian burial on Wednesday at 10:00am at San Jose Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Tom Frank officiating. Internment will follow in Forest Oaks Memorial Cemetery. Special thanks to Austin Hospice, Lighthouse Hospice, Dr. Tokaz, Dr. McWhiney, Dr. Bezerra and all of the staff for their kindness, love and support given to our family.
