Our beloved Juan Antonio Ortega, 59, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Friday March 14, 2008. Mr. Ortega served his country proudly and discharged honorably with the U.S. Marine Corp during the Vietnam War, receiving 2 Purple Hearts. Survived by his beloved Wife; Theresa Jeanne Ortega, Son; Juan Antonio Ortega, Jr. and wife Andrea, Grandchildren; Cross Ortega, Jazz RoAnne Ortega, Jared Enriquez, one Brother; Gilbert Flores, one Sister; Jane Flores, Niece; Rosa Flores, Grand-Nieces; Esperanza and Isabella and a host of Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Recitation of Holy Rosary 7:00pm on Tuesday at Mission Funeral Home-Remembrance Chapel. Funeral Mass, Wednesday at 10:30am, St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Joe Tomei officiating. Private services will follow by the Ortega family.
