Mrs. Sanchez is survived by her beloved husband of 34 years and 55 years of love shared Jose Guadalupe Sanchez; children Griselda Cortez and husband Joe; Ildefonso Sanchez, Sara Alicia Sanchez, Rosaura Medellin and husband David, Bertha Amelia Corsentino, Lucy Whitenight and husband Douglas;Mary Sanchez; sister Petra Saenz and nine grandchildren.
Recitation of rosary Tuesday, 7:00 p.m. at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel, 6204 South First Street Austin, Texas 78745.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary?s Cathedral . Reverand Father Bud Roland will officiate. Rite of interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Ildefonso Sanchez, David Michael Sanchez, David Medellin Jr., Jose Isaac Medellin, Vincent Whitenight and Michael Perez.
Honorary pallbearers Katrina and Brittany Corsentino, Bianca Medellin, Kristen Whitenight.
