Our beloved Carmen V. Samaripa, age 93, a resident of Manor, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Thursday March 23, 2006. Preceded in death by her beloved Husband of 71 years; Timoteo Samaripa, 2 Sons; Joe and Jesse Samaripa, 2 Grandsons; Albert Samaripa and Tommy Cardenas , one brother and one sister.
Survived by her beloved Children; Mary Lopez, Matildy Samaripa, Sr., Virginia Cardenas, Paul Samaripa, Sr., Connie Samudio, Susie Brise?o and Dolores Garcia, 18 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Recitation of Holy Rosary, Sunday at 7:30pm, Remembrance Chapel-Mission Funeral Home(Cesar Chavez). Mrs. Samaripa will lie in state at 10:30am Monday at St. Joseph?s Catholic Church, Manor Texas with Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at 12:00p.m., with Rev. Fr. Ernesto Elizondo officiating. Interment will follow in Manor City Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be, Robert Samaripa, Basilio Samudio, III, Roy Brise?o, Jr., Adam Cardenas, Paul Samaripa, Jr., and Allan Ray.
