Our beloved mother, Dora R. Garcia ?Mamae? age 69, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday January 8, 2006. Our beloved mother, Dora R. Garcia ?Mamae? age 69, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday January 8, 2006.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband John C. Garcia ?Thatha?.
She is survived by daughters Janie, Irene, Mary Frances; sons Johnny Jr., David, Mike, Steven and wife Sharon, Gilbert, Ray, and Daniel; 19 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren; 4 sisters; 4 brothers.
Prayer service will be held on Tuesday 7:00 p.m. at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel (south). Funeral service will be Wednesday 10:00 a.m. at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel (south). Interment will follow at Assumption Cemtery.
Serving as pallbearers are Johnny Jr., David, Gilbert, Ray, Daniel, and Samuel.
Honorary pallbearers are Mike Garcia and Irene Cabrera.
