Our beloved Louis A. Chytil, age 90, a resident of Cedar Creek, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, January 1, 2006. Mr. Chytil served his country faithfully and discharged honorably from the U.S. Air Force after 32 years of service. Mr. Chytil was a retired Postman having worked for 25 years 8 months and will be remembered by his family and friends for his dedication and hard work but most importantly his motto..?He asked what he could do for his country? and then he did it. His friends at the post office will remember him as ?Horsefly?.
Survivors include: Wife; Carol S. Chytil, Daughter; Victoria Chytil, Son; Marc Chytil and a host of family members whom will miss him dearly.
Recitation of Holy Rosary Thursday at 7:00p.m., Remembrance Chapel-Mission Funeral Home(E. Cesar Chavez). Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated Friday at 10:00a.m. at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, Rev. Gonzalo Ferrer officiating. Graveside services will be held Friday at 2:15p.m. at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery with full military honors.
