Our beloved David Ruiz, age 63, of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Saturday, November 12, 2005. Proceeded in death by his Parents, Carlos and Maria Ruiz, 4 Brothers? Jesse, Rudy, Manuel and Joe Ruiz, and 2 Sisters, Beatrice Gonzalez and Carmen Ruiz. Survivors include: Wife; Marie O. Ruiz, Children; Eva Nuncio and husband Jack, David R. Ruiz and Desiree, L. Everett Ruiz and Sophie, Step-Son; Efren Regalado, III and Teresa, Grandchildren; Jacklin, Jake, and Joshua Nuncio, Efren, IV, Daniel and Jonathan Regalado, Brothers; Johnny Ruiz and Rosie, Robert Ruiz and Janie, Sisters; Mary Hernandez and Jesse, Ofelia Villapando, Pauline Flores and Carrie Ochoa and Nick, and a host of Nieces and Nephews.
Recitation of Holy Rosary Thursday at 7:00p.m. in the Remembrance Chapel-Mission Funeral Home(E. Cesar Chavez). Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated Friday at 10:00a.m. at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Gonzalo Ferrer to officiate. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers, George Nevarez, Ernest, Victor, Joseph, Robert Jr., Louis and Tony Ruiz.
