Our beloved Guadalupe Tanguma, age 77, a lifelong resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, November 6, 2005.Born in Austin, Texas on April 4, 1928 and preceded in death by her beloved Husband, Norberto Tanguma, her Parents Ygnacio and Bernadina Arriaga, Sister; Epimenia Arriaga and 3 Brothers; Pascual, Louis and Juan Arriaga.
Mrs. Tanguma is survived by her beloved family; Sister, Epimenia A. Gonzales, 2 Sisters-in-law; Angie and Ruth Arriaga, 4 Step-Daughters and a Grandson, Louis Medrano. Also survived by a host of Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Recitation of Holy Rosary, Tuesday at 7:30p.m. in the Remembrance Chapel-Mission Funeral Home(E. Cesar Chavez). Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:00a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. J.C. Cain, O.M.I. to officiate. Committal services will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
The family would like to express its heartfelt thanks to Angie Arriaga, Ida Medrano and Seton HomeCare for their love and support given to our beloved Guadalupe.
Pallbearers will be her Nephews; Abel, Louis, Victor and Johnny Arriaga, Arnold and Lawrence Gonzales.
Honorary pallbearer; Louis Medrano.
