Our beloved Roman M. Gonzales age 68, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Thursday , September 29, 2005. Our beloved Roman M. Gonzales age 68, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Thursday , September 29, 2005.
He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Helen Gonzales; sons Jose Luis Gonzales, Reynaldo Gonzales; granddaughter Antonia Cardenas; mother Inez Gonzales and father Roman Gonzales Sr.
Survivors include: children Roman Gonzales III and Beatrice of Austin, Beatrice Guillen and Albert of Rockport, MaryLou Cardenas and Antonio of Houston; siblings Belinda Chavira and Paul, Gloria Gonzales, Hector Gonzales, Mario Gonzales and Rose all of San Antonio, Texas; 11 grandchildren, 10 greatgrandchildren and countless nieces and nephews.
Recitation of rosary Monday, 6:00 p.m. at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel (south).
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday 7:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel (south).
Interment will follow Tuesday October 4th 10:30 a.m. Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery San Antonio, Texas.
Honorary pallbearers are JR Duron, Felix Trevino Jr., Manuel Rodriguez Jr., Fidel Ramirez, Hector Gonzales and Mario Gonzales.
