Our beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother Elvia Z. Garcia, of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Saturday September 17, 2005. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Juan D. Garcia on January 11, 2005 Survived by her Beloved Children; Dora Lopez, Veronica Garcia, Juan Garcia, Audelia Chapa Zavala, Josefa Chapa Zavala, Virma Garcia, Laura Garcia and Rosa Delgado, 6 Brothers; Francisco Zavala, Sergio Zavala, Romualdo Zavala, Enrique Zavala, Juan Antonio Zavala and Homero Zavala. 12 Grandchildren survive her.
Recitation of Holy Rosary was held on Monday September 19, 2005at 7:00p.m. in the Remembrance Chapel-Mission Funeral Home (Cesar Chavez). Mass of Resurrection was celebrated on Tuesday September 20, 2005 at 10:00a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. J.C. Cain, O.M.I. to officiate. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery
Serving as pallbearers will be Juan Garcia, Juan Delgado, Lorenzo Lopez, Antonio Molina, Sergio Montoya and Ivan Lopez.
