He was preceded in death by parents Julian and Eva Cantu.
Survivors include: siblings Julian Cantu Jr., Leonor Ruiz, Virginia Medina, Lena Ybarra, Arnold Cantu, Emaline Gil, and Arthur Cantu.
Recitation of rosary Thursday, 7:00 p.m. at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel (South). Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday 10:00 a.m. at San Jose Catholic Church. Rev. Kevin Rai will officiate. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
