Today would have been our beloved Mothers, Mary E. Nieto, 79th birthday, but you were called on Monday January 17, 2005, surrounded by your loving family to spend this special day in Gods arms.A lifelong resident of Austin, Mrs. Nieto is survived by her beloved children: Clotilde Nieto, Jr. (Mary), Tom Nieto, Rudy Nieto (Gloria), 4 sisters; Beatrice Vasquez, Linda, Virgie, Mary, 5 brothers; Fred Esquivel, Felix Esquivel, Paul Esquivel, Roy Esquivel and Rick Esquivel. 17 Grandchildren and 27 Great-Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents, beloved husband, Clotilde Nieto, Sr., a daughter; Frances Nieto Sariana, a son; David Nieto, 2 Granddaughters; Jeanette Nieto Gutierrez and Michelle Nieto.
Recitation of Holy Rosary 7:00pm Thursday in the Remembrance Chapel-Mission Funeral Home 1615 E. Cesar Chavez. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated 10:00am Friday at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Larry Mattingly, OMF Conv. to officiate. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
Pallbearers, Anthony, Jason, Jimmy, Joseph, and Jacob Nieto, and Luis Sariana.
