On Saturday September 25th, 2004, Our beloved Thelma Diaz Figueroa, age 54, a lifelong resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father to be with him after a lengthy illness.She is survived by her Beloved Husband; Genaro Figueroa, Daughters; Esperanza, Esmeralda and Juana Antonia Figueroa, Granddaughters; Desirae Figueroa, Leandrea Figueroa Acosta, Sisters; Rosie Arocha, Dora Estrada, Sylvia Villela, Nora Cabello and Palmira Ramon, Brother; Mario Barrientez, Sr., and Special Sister-in-Law; Janie Barrientez. Also survived by a host on Nieces and Nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents; Cruz and Antonia Diaz and 3 brothers.
Recitation of Holy Rosary 7:30p.m. Monday in the Chapel of Mission Funeral Home. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated 10:00a.m. Tuesday at St. Julias Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Richard Hall, O.M.I. to officiate. Committal services will follow in at Assumption Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers; Lucio Camarillo, Jr., Mario Barrientez, Jr., Ralph Villela, Jr., Luis Villela, James Ramon and Eddie Cabello.
