Our beloved Paul Duran Alba, Sr., of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, April 20, 2004 at the age of 93.He was born March 2nd, 1911 to Cresencio and Gregoria Duran Alba of Dripping Springs, Texas. Mr. Alba married Romona Castro and from their union of love they had beloved children, Sons; Paul Alba, Jr.and wife Tina, Joe Alba and wife Yolanda, Daughters; Mary Rodriguez, Bertha Terbay and Ben Angeles, Susan Howard and husband Ken, Hortencia Miller and Janie Lehman and husband Wayne. 20 Grandchildren, 39 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren. Sister; Mary Moya, Brothers; Tony Alba and Charlie Arevalo.
Preceded in death by his beloved Wife; Romona C. Alba, Brothers; Fred Alba, Andres Alba, Bonifacio Alba and Sister; Constancia Euresti.
Recitation of Holy Rosary 7:00pm Friday in the Chapel of Mission Funeral Home. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated 2:00pm Saturday at St. Julia?s Catholic Church, Mngr. Lonnie Reyes to officiate. Committal services to follow in Assumption Cemetery.
