Our beloved Heliodoro Sontoya, Jr., age 89, of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday March 8, 2004.Preceded in death Parents Heliodoro and Blasa Sontoya, Sr., Sisters; Dolores Bustos, Flora Guzman and Josefina Aleman, Step-Mother; Priciliana Sontoya, Grandson; Joel Castilleja, Great-Grandson; Nicholas Castilleja and Son-in-Law; Daniel B. Cordova. Survived by his Beloved Wife of 62 years; Aurora Sontoya of Austin, Sons; Lee Sontoya and wife Teresa of St. Paul, MN., Rudy (Black) Sontoya and wife Christine of Austin, Daughters; Ida Contreras and husband Jesus, Linda Cordova both of Austin, Sisters; Hortencia Alvarez, Lydia Ramos, Angelina Terrazas all of Austin and Sofia Riojas of Houston, Tx., Special Granddaughter; Angela Castilleja. 18 Grandchildren, 27 Great-Grandchildren and 5 Great-Great-Grandchildren survive him. Recitation of rosary 7:00pm Wednesday at the Chapel of Mission Funeral Home. Mass Resurrection will be celebrated 10:00am Thursday at St. Julia?s Catholic Church, Rev. Mngr. Lonnie Reyes to Officiate. Committal service to follow at Guadalupe Cemetery in Mendoza, Texas. Special thanks and recognition to Jose Luis (Bucho) and wife Lety Contreras for the support, love, kindness and dedication given to our beloved father for many years.
